Valve World Asia - Seizing the right moment and exploring the endless possibilities in Asian markets
Are you interested in learning how the oil and gas industry is transforming itself through standardization of equipment and package specifications?
Do you want to hear from the experts and practitioners who are leading this initiative and delivering real benefits for the whole value chain?
If so, you do not want to miss this Moderator Panel Discussion on IOGP JIP33 Project at the Valve World Southeast Asia Expo and Conference on Oct 26th & 27th 2023 in Singapore https://valve-world-sea.com/.
Why JIP33?
JIP33 is a joint industry program initiated in 2016 by the International Association of Oil & Gas Producers (IOGP) with support from the World Economic Forum (WEF). The objective of JIP33 is to make a step-change improvement in the specification, procurement, and delivery of equipment for the oil and gas industry, through the use of standardized industry procurement specifications. Over 55 specifications have been published to date, covering various types of valves, actuators, subsea trees, gear units, materials, fasteners, couplings, painting & coatings, pumps, compressors, motors, instrumentation and many more. These specifications are based on existing industry standards and provide a full set of Requirements, Technical, Quality, Information Documents and Data Sheets with which to purchase equipment that meets the functional needs of the users.
By adopting and implementing JIP33 specifications, the oil and gas operators, EPC contractors and suppliers can achieve significant benefits such as:
●????Reduced variation and complexity in equipment design and manufacturing
●????Improved quality, reliability, and safety of equipment
●????Enhanced collaboration and communication across the value chain
●????Increased efficiency and cost savings in procurement and delivery processes
●????Faster project execution and reduced schedule risk
How to be a part of it?
