JEA Network Update January 2025

Happy 2025!

As we step into the new year, let’s take a moment to celebrate the incredible milestones we achieved together in 2024.

This past year was nothing short of extraordinary:

• We welcomed 3 new members to our growing network. sheconomics - Vienna Women in Business Club YoungPro Green Finance Society
• Hosting 12 Stammtische and 2 Semester Openings that connected our Junior Entrepreneurs and gave way to newly formed friendships and collaborations.
• Our Junior Entrepreneurs attended 3 European Confederation of Junior Enterprises (JE Europe) Conferences in Brussels, Coimbra and Bucharest.
• We organised the biggest ever JEA Conference with over 200 attendees, setting a new standard for what we can accomplish.
• Furthermore, we held the first-ever JEA Excellence Awards, shining a spotlight on the outstanding achievements of our network members. Congratulations again to icons - consulting by students mosaik uniforce Vienna Law Clinics for winning!
• And lastly, we were only able to achieve all of this because of the hard work that our two amazing Executive Boards put in!

Passion, commitment, and innovation turned 2024 into a year to remember, and we couldn’t be prouder of what we’ve accomplished both the JEA Teams and as a united network.

Now, we’re ready to make 2025 another year of success, growth, and shared achievements. Let’s keep pushing boundaries, embracing challenges, and creating lasting impact together!

What or who is JEA?

We, Junior Enterprises Austria, are the umbrella organisation of all 12 Junior Enterprises in Austria. We are part of a global network of students who want to gain invaluable hands-on experience in a business setting next to theirs studies, in addition to broadening their personal network and boosting their career.

What is a Junior Enterprise?

Junior Enterprises (JE) are organisations founded and led entirely by university students. This concept is giving students special opportunities to not only gain valuable hands-on experience, but also to work in higher positions and learn strategic thinking.
