Je NE Sais Quoi
You're a unicorn.

Je NE Sais Quoi

"What makes you so special, huh?"

Everything.

What I like about effective, dynamic leaders is this: They don't have to prove anything. Wolves may howl at the moon, but the moon never howls back.

Leaders are resolute. Confident. Silent. They don't howl or holler; they help. They spread light, even in the darkest night.

But these qualities lie in a special breed of leaders.

In a group of decision-makers and change agents, a few always look different and sound different. They have that... "I don't know what."

Simply put, they're unicorns.

So, let's talk about them. What are unicorn leaders:

Inclusive

Unicorn leaders embrace diversity by actively involving others. With a growth mindset, these leaders amplify all voices.

You can't be a unicorn and not contribute to diversity. After all, unicorn leaders walk around with a metaphorical horn on their heads—something no one else has, something no one else will do.

Creative

A tell-tale sign of unicorns is their creativity. They think outside the box. Unicorns aren’t afraid to fail because they’ll arrive at a cracking idea soon enough—they see things differently.

They're not rocket scientists; they're just daring enough to think ahead. They approach problems with a mindset that allows them to challenge the status quo.

Value-Driven

This goes without saying, right?

Unicorns have an intricate system of core values. These values are the foundation for their leadership style and influence the culture they foster within their teams.

They are driven by conviction, not cash. Unicorns believe in believing.

These leaders understand the influence of a positive mindset and inspire belief not only in their capabilities but also in their team members and the organization.

Unicorns are those who rise above the rest. Leaders change the game, but unicorn leaders create a whole new one.

The impact of unicorn leaders goes beyond immediate success; they leave a lasting legacy of transformation.

"It's not about being noticed; it's about being remembered."
