JDV Projects was approached by a long-standing healthcare client with a unique project requirement - the construction of a purpose-built medical facility located within the Westmead Hospital precinct. This project aimed to create a free-standing structure designed to serve the diverse needs of both healthcare providers and patients.?

Greenstone Financial Services.

JDV Projects successfully completed the challenging task of delivering the 10,500 sqm Head Office for Greenstone Financial Services, all whilst the new building was still in construction. Working alongside the base building contractor, JDV were able to work in tandem and collaboratively, commencing on level 2 and then working progressively up through 6 floors of office fitout. The JDV project team managed the installation of 5 flights of internal stairs, a large café, a gym which included a yoga and pilates studio and End of Trip Facility.
