J&B Prevails in Coverage Dispute

Two of my colleagues, Bill McVisk and Amanda Buishas, recently prevailed in an uninsured motorist coverage dispute that came before the Illinois Fifth District Court of Appeals.  You can link to our website here to read about how their persuasive arguments, based in part on Illinois public policy relative to UIM coverage, saved a client some $200,000.00.
