Why I like working at CIP:

We talk a lot about relationships and trust when we talk about our clients, but those things are really important internally too. I feel so attached to this company because I feel cared about and I feel trusted to do my job the way I think it should be done.

What part of my career do I find most rewarding:

There are always new things to learn and know. I am beyond grateful that I have been able to build a career where I get to share what I know with high performing people and help them do their best. I’ve come to learn so much about so many different industries and companies.

What people should know about me (Professionally):

I have spent my entire career working in some aspect of HR or another, coming up on 30 years and I could not love my job more.

What people should know about me (Personally):

I have two of the greatest kids, and a son-in-law, whom I adore. With them, my partner, and her two kids, I have a full life. In the last 10 years, I’ve taken up running as a hobby going from the Planet Fitness treadmill to running ultra-marathons; I’ve had the good fortune to run the Boston Marathon twice. I’m not fast, but I am persistent! I’m currently a member of my community’s select board (local policy-making body).
