I chose to do a pharmacy technician apprenticeship because I was interested in the wide ranging opportunities available to pharmacy technicians to work in varied roles doing and different things.

The best thing about doing an apprenticeship is that I enjoy having the time set out for study to help balance learning commitments as well as being able to learn so much on the job as well.

The advice I would give to someone considering an apprenticeship would be to make as best use of your time as possible. Get a good idea of the different pieces of coursework you need to complete and when you need to complete it by, to make sure you have enough time to commit to completing them on time
