How have you reached success at FitzMark??

I feel like a lot of my success has come from the relationships that I have built. The relationships with my customers as a broker and being able to understand their needs and genuinely care about helping them. Now as a trainer, the relationships with the trainees and genuinely wanting to see each of them succeed.?

What do you do as part of your role to enhance the employee experience??

My current role at FitzMark is to develop and train new employees. I care about each trainee that comes through my class and want to see them succeed when they hit the floor, no matter what their role is. FitzMark has provided opportunities for me that I don't feel I would have had otherwise and I want that for each person here, so I try to make sure that the trainees are prepared to hit the ground running and reach the goals they have for themselves.?

What/who would you attribute your success to?

I have so many people that have helped me along the way to grow professionally and personally. I am so thankful to be surrounded by so many people that share commons goals and can challenge me to meet those goals.?

What is your favorite part about working at FitzMark?

The people, from top to bottom, will always be my favorite part of FitzMark. I have the privilege to travel to more branches than most people and have met just about everyone in the company at one time or another. I can honestly say we have an amazing group of people that work here.
