The Jason Group today announces a majority share sale of its EXBO organisation in a strategic move to further develop the entrepreneurial skills and manufacturing capability of Australia’s First Nations People.
In line with The Jason Group’s national expansion, which includes the recent acquisition of Artcraft in five East-Coast States, today they will embark on a new direction and expanded commitment to Australia’s First Nation’s People.
As part of the Jason’s Group renewed First Nation’s strategy, not only will The Jason Group seek to directly engage and employ First Nation’s people, but it will also further the support of the creation of a First Nation’s certified company. This company will grow through the collaboration of The Jason Group’s skills and knowledge to build First Nations People capability in entrepreneurial business growth and manufacturing capability.

Today, the Jason Group announces it intends to build on this past success with the new extended First Nation’s operation. To facilitate this expanded offering, Jason Signmakers has sold 51% of its EXBO entity to Danny Ford OAM. (Danny’s CV accompanies this media release.)

“EXBO will focus on building direct capability by offering products and services that complement those of The Jason Group. It brings manufacturing, plus an extended contribution of products and services not currently offered by The Jason Group nationally, across seven operating sites in Australia.” Continued John Mancini.
The new EXBO transition, is now a majority owned First Nation’s national organisation which has its own direct capability in all operations including manufacturing, installation, and customer service. The new 51% ownership by Danny Ford, OAM facilitates The Jason Group to extend its EXBO product and service offerings to its customers nationally.
For Danny Ford OAM, this is a strategic expansion following the establishment of his Yonga business, and the new capability of EXBO facilitates the broader vision of Danny Ford, OAM to own his first organisation that can directly empower First Nation’s People to be entrepreneurial and in control of their own destiny.
