Our EDI committee is a colleague-led group who act as a communication channel with the Leadership Team, colleagues and communities. The committee has worked tirelessly to drive initiatives, spark meaningful dialogue, and build programs that reflect our core values.
Whether through our mentorship opportunities, equitable hiring practices, or creating spaces for education and open conversation, their efforts have been instrumental in shaping a culture we can all be proud of.
