January Wrap

January is always an interesting month in the fitness industry depending on the strategy of the brand/business. In Jan, we certainly love to set up the year for consistent success v short term wins based on heavy promotion.

In other words, we invest a huge amount of time laying a strong economic foundation versus quick wins.

Check out some of January’s highlights-

Record Month- To kick off, we had our best statistical month of all time. Final data is clearing but we beat our life time record. This obviously rolls into the highest average performance per studio in our history. (18 studios)

Website progress- The framework of our new website is coming together, plenty of content pumped in and we can see the finish line of this huge project.

Annual Conference progression- We worked strongly on our Annual Event. We onboarded more sponsors for our event which we are super grateful for. Current sponsors are Life Fitness, Drax Fitness, Ezypay, Hapana, Solace Saunas, Smart Traffic, Hapana and Evolt 360. We have room for 2+ more sponsors. Every year at the event, we have an Expo style set up.

Training and education- We rolled through monthly Franchise network training, huge amounts of content for education and performance, internal personal development plans of HQ members and pushing system/process reviews weekly.

New Staff member- We recruited a new staff member at our HQ site in Geelong

Franchise Enquiries- There was an increase in Franchise Ownership enquiries.

New Location- We have a Heads of Agreement for a site in Perth super close to signed.

LTYBHQ sales- We had a strong month offering Membership sales to studios from HQ. This was a super initiative from 2024.

LTYB Hiking Trip- We are taking a group away to the mountains in March for a 3-day hiking Trip. Numbers are strong albeit 3 spots left. (The fires in the region may have had an impact)

Overall, it was a super solid month with over exactly 300 new members starting, many returns, close to 28K in workouts and rebuilding training habits after the festive season.
