January Updates from MMR Strategy Group
Like many residents of Los Angeles, we were devastated this month as we watched wildfires consume huge swaths of our city and its surrounding wilderness. This city is our home of 50 years, and it hurts to see so much destruction and so many people left without resources. To help the displaced, and to honor the firefighters whose hard work prevented even more devastation, we have made donations to the?American Red Cross?and the?California Fire Foundation.

As of January 2025, MMR offers five testifying experts and a staff of testifying and project staff who collectively hold 10 Ph.Ds and 10 MBAs or master’s degrees. We conduct surveys measuring likelihood of confusion, secondary meaning, genericness, fame, likelihood of dilution, false or deceptive advertising, materiality, and other types of surveys for litigation, advertising claims substantiation, and marketing research.
