Welcome to 2024 and what a whirlwind January has been for the Brisbane Property Market.? Buyers flocked to open homes from the first week in January, with huge groups across both apartments and inner city houses.?

Our experience launching into 2024 continues to see that there are quality buyers in the market and a critical shortage of stock.?

To give?you an?example, our agency hosted an in room auction last weekend dedicated purely to apartments. We achieved a 100% clearance rate with multiple registered bidders on every property. This was highly competitive.
