HPV Vaccination Education in Nepal?

Dr. Alisha Manandhar created an educational program for students, teachers, and parents in Nepal to increase awareness about HPV vaccination. Initial findings showed a marked increase in interest and understanding post-presentation, something Dr. Manandhar hopes will continue as the country rolls out a national HPV vaccination campaign this month.?

Partnering with OAFLAD to Strengthen HPV Awareness

This month, the Global HPV Consortium signed a memorandum of understanding with the Organization of African First Ladies for Development (OAFLAD) to enhance efforts that result in increased attention and resources devoted to preventing HPV and ending cervical cancer.

The Global HPV Consortium, for which Sabin serves as the secretariat, continues to advance efforts to end cervical cancer.
