THE FIRST-EVER - Green Card Award
We are thrilled to share a significant achievement: under the guidance of our Project Manager, Paulius Pumputis, the AROS MARINE team has successfully secured the green HSE card in one of our recent projects with Chantiers de l'Atlantique.?
This achievement is a true team effort and we extend a big thanks to Paulius for leading the way, as well as to everyone involved in the project. Their hard work and dedication have yielded fantastic results!?
OUR MILESTONE - 500+ Accident Free Days
At AROS MARINE we are committed to safe and strong working environment.?By reaching an impressive 500+ accident-free days at work, we have not only demonstrated that safety is our top priority, but also proved that a continuous risk management and employee education strategy is effective.
As Saulius Vi?niauskas, our Head of Health and Safety Division says, "We understand that safety at work is not only about compliance with regulations, but also about the commitment of every employee and their active contribution to the company's overall safety culture. VISITING STATICUS - exchange of experiences
Last week, our AROS MARINE team visited Staticus , a company that mirrors our structure, processes, international market presence, and project management approach.
The meeting provided a valuable opportunity for mutual learning. Not only are we moving in a positive direction, but we are also implementing similar solutions while encountering comparable challenges. As Jurga ?iug?dinyt? ?? , the initiator of the visit, reflected, "This trip reminded us that people are a company's most important resource.
