January Market Update

?? In the Gulf region, we have returned from our New Year's celebrations to a very active job market. We have many new hires starting their placements this month, so our consultants are busy supporting employers through their onboarding processes. We look forward to sharing a comprehensive overview of the latest hiring market insights and salary benchmarks with the release of our Salary and Benefits Review in February.

?? In the UK, our team has received plenty of new hire requests since returning from the holidays. Our private division has had a fantastic start to the year, hitting the ground running with placements in the very first week of January. We hosted our first live employment market update of 2025 this month, sharing the latest recruitment market updates to support your hiring this quarter.

?? In the US, we have some exciting plans to develop some of the sectors and roles for which we currently recruit, with a particular focus on HR, communications and temporary staffing. Our consultants are supporting hiring managers through their interviews over the coming weeks to create a smooth experience for both jobseekers and employers.

?? In Switzerland, business is back in full swing and we have been supporting employers with new January hires.
