On January 27, Anna Nishnianidze gave a speech on localizing development in Ukraine at the side event at the DG ECHO Senior Officials Meeting on Ukraine, hosted by Alliance UA CSO, Ukrainian Red Cross Society, co-organized by Protect Humanitarians and Caritas Europa.
