Within the Very Same Factors, Business and Business churches, right from wrong, good over evil, safety under unsafe practices, removal of God, as removal of good workers and true performers and those who really care about the business as those who truly love God.

Time and again it is acknowledged, mainly too late when major eternal failures and high-level self-seeking management becomes so stressful to the entire company's policies, SOP and the industries "Best known Practices!" That have affected and caused major failures throughout the entire organization.

Wisdom: Jesus Himself said, “They done it to Me, do you really believe they will not do it to you?”

Many time’s those who are complaining the most about authorities, governments, and other leaders, are doing so in order to try and continue hiding their own none self concern for the business, or their own desires of truly believing they know better, than what has become proven as the best known practices within the industries they are working and performing within.

When a company's management begins to reject and turn away from the company's proven SOP, and the industries "best known practices!" The short-term ride becomes highly effecting within each department.

It is not longer after that the employee work base becomes knowledgeable that management has lost focus of their own guidelines, standards, and those of the industry. The base staffing regains total domination and the overall performances begin to lack quickly.

As God has been and continues to be removed out of the work places, so also has He been within the largest amounts of the man made churches, where men and women, have become their very own gods; placing time limits and in many cases removal of God’s Holy Spirit out of their God places, simply because they desire the praises of the people and the authority of over ruling God and His Ways, Truth and Life, known and proven practices.

This problem is in most cases not caused by the working staff, but by the total disregard from the individual management in each department’s throughout the entire operation. The employee base just does what they best know how to perform within, while creating their own guidelines and performances.

Because poor and the enforced wrong even false management comes and begins to believe that they can't get things performed without them. Yet it is the same management that allowed the failures to come about. Questioning the proven, over their own desire (s) of proving wrong what has been right for so long.

They will start suggesting such as, "Why do we need this or why do we need that"?

Alive and accepted also in churches everywhere, to limit God and disregard Him totally for the authorities appointed by God, simply in order to ensure God’s Word, being completed 100%.

Proving that so many of the churches of today, have become business’ rather than places to worship and simply Love God and Love one another.

A Company with an SOP, and Quality Management System, work procedures, and the highest level of performance recorded. Can and will begin to destruct quickly; when the levels of proper management and knowledge has been removed.

The very first signs of the beginning of the destruction, comes from the on-purpose disregard for the company's SOP, and industries best proven practices. Remember the old saying, "If something works, and has been proven, there is no need to fix it."

Very much in the same manner of men and women, wanting to mix up God’s Word only for their own benefit and lustful desires of self profits and self power, including being able to control the people by their own believing their false re-writings and performances through their wisdom, will ever over power God.

But whoever causes one of these little ones who believe in and acknowledge and cleave to Me to stumble and sin [that is, who entices him or hinders him in right conduct or thought], it would be better (more expedient and profitable or advantageous) for him to have a great millstone fastened around his neck and to be sunk in the depth of the sea.

6 “But whoever causes one of these little ones who believe in Me to sin, it would be better for him if a millstone were hung around his neck, and he were drowned in the depth of the sea.

In all things, at all times, remain anchored into The Truth, God is Truth, and His Writings and His Word, never fails. “Period….”

By removing God out of anything, even though it truly is not within man’s power of ever doing so, because God is an individuals inner self believing and praying and performances. “Period….”

The failures and battles begin within the work places, when continued exchanging of high levels of management are allowed. because in many cases, those placed within the positions, are wanting to bring their knowledge and workers and changes along with them. Changing and on purpose disregarding the proven methides and company's Stand Operating Procedures. i.e. What was proven, now becomes in question, and those managers trying to continue within the regards of the proven standards and work performances, to include the industries known proof of performances. become the disregarded.

The first signs are statements; "We no longer have time for training, or we no longer have time and people enough to perform within the proven standards."

This brings about those managers who continue and strive to follow what they know to be proven, taking on more and more duties, because the management who has brought into the false yet seeming to be right, have disregarded totally the company's SOP and industries proven practices. Thus, bringing the dividing of management and the ways in which trainings and enforcement used to be handled and performed, to failures and voided.

How many different religion’s, churches on every corner are there today? Too, many to count, because over the generations, man has come and gone, yet the Word of God remains and always will be the only true Sword two edged, without abilities of failure ever. Yet, the continued added opinions and ways of self seeking man, continues trying to bring about voiding of even one Word or Practice of God. Still never has such happened, nor ever shall such happen. “Period….”

Within the business’ It's not long before injuries, and quality of work performances will be observed in self destructions. When the red flags go up, in most cases those who have regards for only themselves, and their own strive for power; totally disregarding everything the entire company was built upon over the years.

Still the management who strives in keeping everything moving forward and within the proven standards, find themselves standing alone, with so much more responsibilities many times self-appointed. yet not because of lack of concern and caring, but just the opposite.

While many are battling for their own placement and power, the true dedicated, are growing deeper and deeper into the flames of putting out the fires being set on purpose as smoke screens by those who are truly only for their own agendas. There is much truth in the statement, "Anything divided among itself will not stand."

Know differences within the churches on every corner today. “Mine, Mine, Mine, Me, Me, Me!” they cry out, and demand the people follow after them, even if it is acknowledged and proven to go against God and God’s Word.

Ever heard the statement, "Thats not for today, its old!" "History has a big purpose," "To learn from it!"

A growing company has a lot of factors it faces in its day-to-day operation, Let, alone if the proven working policies, processes, and procedures are quickly being dissolved, disregarded, and placed to the side. with many deciding to just not do them any longer.

What ends up happing is, those out for themselves, learn how to set fires faster, then they can be put out by the true dedicated staffing. Causing greater and greater focus and work performance on the dedicated, to the point of error possibly unfixable. Who wins in the end?

No one!

This however is not so within the churches on the corners, because in the end, God Has already brought about the Victory from Himself Through Himself and for Himself, and all those who truly know Him. Personally. Yes, it must be, personal relationship with God, in order that not one falls away from Him. “Period….”

In Business, there will have to be added multiple management levels brought in, while and because those remaining within the failure places, remain unwilling to just follow what was proven and accepted within the industry standards. Causing and bringing the company's own SOP as voided and none working. "In Action Failure!"

The difference is this, the company is not the true inner workings of anyone, but God’s Holy Spirit truly is the great and greater working within the inner workings of “ALL,” who place Him above and before all else. “Period….”
