How to use AI for business growth

Our Chief Strategy Officer Avinash Kaushik?was recently interviewed by The Times to share how we’ve been using artificial intelligence (AI) to bolster our business offering?and improve our win rate by 50%.?

He shares how Croud is ensuring that data stays private, and the importance of separating hype from reality when it comes to AI tech, as there are “so many efficient ways to waste money with AI at the moment”.?

Avinash advises marketers first starting out with AI to follow this three-step approach he has?developed:?

1. Play with AI: Put simply, this will open your mind to what is possible.

2. Plan to go from tool, to copilot, to muse for your AI strategy: Think about the place where you want to solve a problem with machine learning or AI, and then just Google it, or go to Hugging Face - it has a ton of readily available features. These steps are all related to profit data. The tool to profit [correlation] is very clear, the co-pilot takes a little longer and the muse takes longer still. It doesn’t mean you should do all of them, but that order is a good approach.
