January 8, 2022: Key Focus Areas for 2022

As we launch into 2022, Blue & Gold Academy?has been debating what should our key focus areas be for 2022.?

There are a lot of different challenges and opportunities that we all will be facing in the new year. With COVID still being a major part of our lives, it’s natural for us to think how will things look like 2022?

We therefore, have set out the following key areas that we will be focusing and exploring in 2022.?

1. First Quarter Focus: Starting a new business or venture in 2022. How does everything that has happened the past few years impact how you start a new business in 2022?
2. Second Quarter Focus: How to make the most of the various stages in your career?
3. Third Quarter Focus: The need to re-invent ourselves?
4. Fourth Quarter Focus: How to continue to grow during challenging times?

Throughout the year the majority of our focus will be on the above four topics, however, we will still address other items as they come up.?
