With ad spend up, here’s how agencies are preparing for growth
Agencies: Seize the Opportunities Ahead!
As we step into the new year, cautious optimism prevails in the ad industry despite economic uncertainties. Reports from IPA (Institute of Practitioners in Advertising), Advertising Association / WARC and S&P Global Ratings paint a promising picture with ad spends on the rise.
UK businesses are revising budgets upwards, indicating robust growth in ad spend and sectors like Retail, Entertainment and Travel are witnessing significant ad investment, fuelled by strong market performances and upcoming events. US ad spend is also forecasted to rise by 7.6%.
To thrive in this landscape, agencies must gather intel, raise profile and target carefully – the three commandments for agencies looking to leverage the positive ad spend outlook.
It's a competitive arena, but with the right strategy, agencies can leverage the positive outlook and make 2024 a year of growth and success.
