A Pivotal Moment for CISA & Cybersecurity
The Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency (CISA) has released an updated draft of the National Cyber Incident Response Plan, designed to coordinate responses to cyberattacks targeting critical U.S. infrastructure. This blueprint includes four tiers—asset response, threat response, intelligence support, and affected entity response—outlining roles for agencies like the FBI and private sector partners. With foreign adversaries increasingly probing vulnerabilities, this plan aims to fortify readiness for potential large-scale disruptions.

Supplier Breaches Hit EU Banks
New research published in December reveals a staggering stat: 100% of Europe’s largest financial companies suffered breaches through their suppliers in 2024. Third- and fourth-party risks aren’t future threats—they’re happening right now.
Cisco Data Leaked by Threat Actor
The group IntelBroker leaked 2.9 gigabytes of sensitive data from Cisco's DevHub. Cisco has said that a configuration error allowed the data to be improperly accessed and exfiltrated. It's another example of well-made plans that have a mistake.
With Data-Centric Security, enterprises can protect sensitive data no matter where it goes. Persistent access control and tracking of sensitive data means that even in an example of a firewall misconfiguration, your data is still protected.
