Our Biggest and Best Summit Yet | In November, we hosted a record-breaking Summit in Tampa with 650 in-person and virtual participants. Themed "Focus on the Future: Unleashing the Promise of Each Generation," our event gathered some of the best and brightest minds, sparked insightful conversations, highlighted actionable solutions, and left attendees more informed and connected. 2023 Impact Report | The Policy Circle’s?2023 Impact Report is here, highlighting our work and accomplishments of the last year.?It was a year of remarkable growth: we doubled our Summit attendees and sponsors, programming views, and the number of events we held across the country. Through the generosity of our community, the dedication of our team, and the support of our amazing partners, we were able to inform, equip, and connect our audience more effectively than ever before.


CLER Graduation | The Fall 2023 cohorts of our Civic Leadership Engagement Roadmap (CLER) 1.0 and CLER Education recently graduated. We are proud of the time and effort these women put into building their leadership skills, and are excited to watch them flourish!


What We're Playing | ?At this year's Summit, we unveiled a whole new way to share, learn, and experience civic knowledge and engagement! We partnered with Authentic Agility Games to bring you “What’s Your Focus?” – a deck of engaging conversation cards centered on The Policy Circle’s Briefs: framing the issue, considering the historical context, and exploring avenues for reform and local engagement. Circle Up: Upcoming Events at The Policy Circle

Apply for CLER's Spring Cohorts | ?Are you looking to get more civically engaged, but don’t know where to start? Or maybe this the year you want to apply for a board, run for office, or become an advocate, but you want guidance with the first steps? CLER is for you! Our Civic Leadership Engagement Roadmap is a three-month, online, experiential program designed to help you get informed and create your leadership path. Our Spring Cohorts of 1.0, 2.0, and Education will run from 2/1-4/30. Activate your leadership journey: applications due January 22nd!

Join us for the first Full Circle Leadership Series virtual event of 2024, featuring Maggie Baczkowski, a catalyst for change in Chicago’s fight against gun violence. Through her work at Strides for Peace, she united hundreds of community organizations and grassroots leaders in Chicago, focusing on root causes and solutions. Discover her tips for tackling issues neighborhood by neighborhood, and explore the power of community coalitions as a leadership tactic to create stronger, more resilient cities.
