Monthly learning tip

The Pomodoro Method could be your best productivity timer yet!

Try the Pomodoro Method for effective time management. Named after the tomato-shaped (pomodoro is the Italian word for tomato) kitchen timer that creator Francesco Cirillo used to time himself when he studied, this method has you break down longer tasks in smaller chunks. Start by working in 25-minute intervals (pomodoros) with a 5-minute break after each. After 4 pomodoros, take a longer break (15-30 mins). This method enhances focus, task management, and helps you set achievable goals. Give it a try and share your thoughts!
