2024 is fast approaching, and I am excited for the new year! ?I’m also reminded that new year’s resolutions work best when accompanied by SMART action plans. If you are not familiar with the SMART acronym, it stands for Specific, Measurable, Attainable, Relevant and Time-based. ?Goals are just ideas unless they have a plan built around them.
