What inspired you to join Digital Green two years ago?

Two years ago, my decision to quit my job as a lawyer and venture into entrepreneurship with my amazing business partner, Kereshma, was fuelled by a deep determination. We embraced the challenges and committed ourselves to rapid learning and growth. This dedication, coupled with a shared vision, has driven Digital Green to become what it is today — a thriving and innovative recruitment agency specializing in software development.

What has changed between then and now?

So much! I gained valuable knowledge and expertise about IT and software development. Frontend, backend or the intricacies of asynchronous programming paradigms (just kidding) – there is much I’ve learned ???

Of course, I’ve expanded my entrepreneurial knowledge too. As a business we've grown, stumbled, soared, and kept the flame of excitement alive through it all.?

What do you think the future will hold?

Peering into the crystal ball of our aspirations, we see growth and independence intertwined. We want to stay true to our principles and maintain the freedom to innovate and explore new possibilities. Remote work has been a game-changer, and I'm looking forward to embracing that sense of freedom once again. Next year I got Bali on my list. Working from wherever in the world is so liberating.

What has been your biggest achievement?

Not giving up and staying positive???

What is your favorite memory with the team?

The treasure I hold closest is the camaraderie we've forged. Our small yet close-knit team has transformed the office into a haven of open discussions and laughter. But let's not forget those champagne tasting sessions — a great reminder that success is best celebrated together, one sip at a time!???
