Tri Agustina and Ridho As Shiddiqi Promising Journey: A Great Start Towards Mastering Jamu

Success stories often begin with small steps, and the journey to expertise is filled with learning and growth. This is certainly true for two of my team members, Tina and Ridho, who have made impressive strides in the world of jamu, even though they are not yet masters in the field. Their recent achievements mark a promising start.

From Novices to Learners

When Tina and Ridho first joined, they had no deep knowledge or skills regarding jamu. However, their eagerness to learn and grow allowed them to quickly absorb the fundamentals of making jamu. With determination and the right guidance, they’ve built a solid foundation in this ancient tradition.

While they are still on the path to mastering jamu, they have already gained a deeper understanding of its philosophy, history, and culture. This knowledge has enabled them to appreciate the richness of jamu beyond just the making of the drink itself.

Sharing Their Knowledge with Others

What stands out is that, despite not being masters yet, Tina and Ridho have already begun sharing their knowledge with others. They are capable of teaching the basics of jamu-making and explaining some of its history and cultural significance. This is a clear sign of their progress, and it demonstrates that they are well on their way to becoming true experts in the future.

A Great Start

Recently, Tina and Ridho conducted a jamu class for guests who made reservations. While this class was a stepping stone in their journey, it was a fantastic first step toward becoming instructors. They were able to introduce the guests to the art of jamu, showing them what makes it so special. Additionally, they participated in creating a video for the guest vlog, showcasing the experience and their contributions.

A Bright Future Ahead

As a leader, I’m incredibly proud of what Tina and Ridho have accomplished so far. Their enthusiasm and commitment to learning are evident, and their achievements are a testament to their potential. While they are still on the road to mastery, this is only the beginning. I have no doubt that they will continue to grow and make a significant impact in the world of jamu.

Tri Agustina and Ridho As Shiddiqi , keep up the great work – this is just the start of your exciting journey. I’m proud of everything you’ve achieved, and I’m excited to see what comes next
