How does Smack Bang breathe new life into brands?

We dig deep into a brand to find its ‘why’, and more importantly, its ‘purpose’. We treat a brand like a person, crafting its every nuance and unique personality to help it stand out in an over-crowded market. A brand makes you feel something that is both familiar and unknown in the same breath.

How can brands stand out as the market grows more and more saturated??

First of all it needs to be in it for the right reasons, then be true to its core, and its purpose. If brands are authentic and know who they are, that's half the battle — communication and growth will follow suit. Brands with market longevity will spark interest and intrigue and resonate emotionally with their intended audience.

What advice do you have for a tired brand in need of a refresh?

Just like your wardrobe you sometimes need a good friend to come in and give you some honest advice. It's time for a new you, but a new you that's still you, just an elevation and evolution of you. Some of the best refreshes are the ones most people don’t notice, it's about keeping what's still relevant and adjusting what's not.

What makes a good brand great?

Authenticity and a strong, unified vision to create change or challenge the status quo.
