Jamaica’s Kangaroo Court! Another major corruption and victimization carried out by Chief Justice Bryan Sykes and RM Judge, Opal Smith.

On January 27, 2021, in a default hearing for a medical negligence civil suit claim in the Sutton Street Court, Kingston, Jamaica, the Claim was thrown out by the highly corrupt Judge, Opal Smith for no clear reason other than victimization. 

 She mumbled something saying this is nil, then something about the cause of action. To date, it is not clear to me what the reason is for throwing out the case claim.   

The default hearing came about because the defendant/ accused party did not contest the court action against him, which is a clear admission of guilt for carrying out the unlawful action. However, in this situation of the absentee defendant, the corrupt judge, Opal Smith went out of her way to perform the role of defense counsel for the absentee defendant while performing the role of Judge as well.

However, Bryan Sykes did not carry out my request to reassign the case to a different Judge which is my constitutional right. This is what the Chief Justice, Bryan Sykes is collecting about $18M a year for as his paycheque to do; victimize, promote corruption of judges in person's case who speak out for their rights against the corruption of some Jamaican judges, and breach persons constitutional rights.   

Here is the primary confirmation of the corruption. On January 29, 2021, I formally requested the following documents to be sure what the real reason for throwing out the case was;

1.     Minutes of the Court Order

2.     The Formal Order   

To date, I have not received anything!!

Also here is the Secondary confirmation of the Corruption: On February 16, 2021, I requested the following additional documents;

1.    The judgment document to see the reason(s) for throwing out the case and how the reason(s) was arrived at.

2.    A certified copy of the Court file

3.    A copy of the Judge, Opal Smith notes.

To date, I have not been able to get anything!!

This is what you call a real Corrupt Kangaroo Court of law that Chief Justice, Bryan Sykes is running in Jamaica. The corruption is so blatant from the highly corrupt Judge, Opal Smith that she cannot provide me with any formal documentation of her corrupt judgment. 

As a Self-Represented Party, with my own representation, I am entitled to all of the above requests in keeping with my representation and constitutional rights. Now I will have no choice but to sue the Government of Jamaica and Judge Opal Smith for all of the above breaches of my rights. 

This is the highly Corrupt Kangaroo Court System that Chief Justice, Bryan Sykes is running in Jamaica and putting the government in a highly libelous position to pay for their unlawful breaches of a person’s rights.
