Chief Justice Bryan Sykes is the Chairman of the Judicial Services Commission that is responsible for the appointment, and the disciplinary action against Judges in the Jamaica Courts. The Commission is being administered over by the Governor-General, Sir Patrick Allen (Head of State), who appoints the members of the commission and is responsible to ensure that the commission carries out its duties through the Chairman, Chief Justice Bryan Sykes.
However, it is quite obvious that the Governor-General believes in maintaining a corrupt friendship with public officials rather than ensuring that they carry out their job as appointed to do. This is in total disregard to the people of this country to whom the Governor-General and the Commission are there to serve, in particular the poor and the ordinary people of this country. Injustice to poor people by corrupt Judges in our Court system is not of any concern to the Governor-General and the Chief Justice of Jamaica. Their only concern is to collect their paycheques, live luxurious lifestyles, and promote corruption among their colleagues' public officials.
On February 12, 2021, I presented a letter of complaint to Governor-General, Sir Patrick Allen requesting an investigation into three complaints against Chief Justice, Bryan Sykes that was sent to the Judicial Services Commission dated; May 31, 2018, April 26, 2019, and October 1, 2019, respectively. for which nothing has been heard about them since. Clearly, Chief Justice Bryan Sykes as the Chairman of the Judicial Services Commission dumped/destroy all complaints against him instead of recusing himself from the handling of those complaints. The complaints against Chief Justice Bryan Sykes are for his failure to address complaints against corrupt Judges in the Court System.
To date, I have not had any outcome from the Governor-General on the matter. Despite two reminders sent to him as follows on; May 12, 2021, and June 30, 2021.

On one occasion when I called the office of the Governor-General I was told that the letter was sent to the Chief Justice and awaiting a reply from him. How idiotic of the Governor-General to be sending a letter of complaint against Chief Justice of Jamaica to the same Chief Justice who already dumped all of the complaints against himself??? Does the Governor-General have any educated sense in him to be the Head of State of Jamaica??? Or is he just there for the "Status Quo" to collect a paycheque and enjoy the luxurious life of the Governor-General while promoting corruption in Jamaica ??
It is without a shadow of a doubt that Chief Justice Bryan Sykes is the biggest corrupt criminal in Jamaica and promotes the most corrupt court system in Jamaica. This is supported by the corrupt Governor-General, Sir Patrick Allen.
