Jamaica's Governor General, Patrick Allen promote Murders and other crimes by his dereliction of duty to fix Court System from Corrupt Management

The Jamaican Court System is under highly corrupt and discriminatory management by Chief Justice Bryan Sykes and President of the Court of Appeal, Patrick Brooks. Governor General, Patrick Allen has the responsibility for the Jamaican Court system in the appointment of Judges, Chief Justice, and President of the Court of Appeal, as well as the Judicial Services Commission and the power to take action. He is grossly negligent and in dereliction of duty in failing to take action against the Corrupt and Discriminatory management by Chief Justice Bryan Sykes and President of the Court of Appeal Patrick Brooks.

For some years now the Jamaican Court System is under siege of corrupt and discriminatory management practices by Chief Justice Bryan Sykes and President of the Court of Appeal Patrick Brooks. These two corrupt minds promote the corruption of judges by selling out of court cases and discriminating/denying poor people of justice in Jamaican Courts. This is a well-known fact that has been highly publicized and made known to the Governor General, Patrick Allen on several occasions with the evidence. To date, Patrick Allen does nothing in dereliction of his duty, purposely to maintain a hypocritical good relationship with corrupt public officials while showing no regard for the poor people in Jamaica.

Patrick Allen also knows that Chief Justice Bryan Sykes also corrupts the Judicial Services Commission as the Chairman of that Commission. The Judicial Services Commission is the body appointed and under the administration of the Governor General to take action against judges. Every complaint that is sent to the corrupt Chief Justice Bryan Sykes and the Judicial Services Commission is corruptly dumped by him and as the Chairman, of the Judicial Services Commission with no outcome to any of the complaints.

The consequential effect of Governor-General, Patrick Allen's dereliction of duty is that poor people have no choice but to find an alternative form of justice in Jamaica, as the Court System does not give justice to the poor people in Jamaica. That without a shadow of a doubt leads to murders and other crimes in Jamaica. I myself as an educated self-represented person is tempted to find an alternative form of justice, as the corruption of judges and discriminatory injustice continues with no one to take action.

Governor General Patrick Allen was written to in an Email letter dated February 21, 2023, to fix the Court system with justification reasons as copied below,

• Dear Sirs,
• Request to fix the Court System by the removal of Chief Justice Bryan Sykes and President of the Court of Appeal Patrick Brooks?as two persons without a shadow of a doubt promoting corrupt criminality of Judges and vindictive discrimination against poor self-represented persons by themselves, and other judges in the system.
• The reasons to justify the request are as follows;
• 1.?You have seen the numerous complaints copied to you all for more than a year now of which none has been addressed to date by any of the two.
• 2.?The complaints are all unprofessional and corrupt activities of judges that fall directly under their administrative portfolio responsibilities.??
• 3.?To date I have not seen any evidence of even a memo or circular sent out to of the judges to refrain from their unprofessional conduct and discrimination against the poor self-represented litigants, much less any disciplinary action recommended to the Judicial Services Commission.?
• 4. The failure of the Chief Justice, Bryan Sykes in his unprofessional and illiterate style of management?practices to put in a Judicial Code of Conduct.
• 5.?None of the complaints sent to the Judicial Services Commission since 2016 has been addressed by?the commission.?Chairman Bryan Sykes used his abuse of power to discard them. I have stamped copies of all in my possession and can show them to anyone.?
• 6. The cost of a Notice of Appeal from the Parish Courts of $20,000.00 is to be reduced to the government?nominal fee of $5000.00 or less as in the parish Courts Civil Matters do not exceed?$1000,000.00.??There is no justification for the $20, 000.00 currently charged.?It is only a deterrent for poor people?to seek justice through the Courts.?It instead provides a good reason for persons to take the route of?an alternative form of justice as it is the fee that can be used to pay a Gunman.?
• 7. There is absolutely no justification for the excess of $15, 000.00 being charged when all labor costs?and materials are been paid out of the government budget.??
• 8.?The behavior of Bryan Sykes and Patrick Brooks is grossly unprofessional in that they cannot prove me wrong in any of the complaints so they deliberately ignored and dumped the complaints, and do nothing about them. Simple because they are dirty-minded in that they can't afford to tell a Sel-represented litigant that he is right and that a judge is wrong.?That is totally unprofessional for them as Judges and in their Administrative management portfolios.??
• 9.?The most and only fundamental objective of a Court of law is to uphold what is right and condemn what is wrong.?As you have clearly seen from all of the complaints to date of which I have not been proven wrong in any, this is the opposite of what the Objective of a Court of law is about under the leadership of these two criminals, Bryan Sykes and Patrick Brooks.??
• 10.?They are both liabilities and not assets to the government and the country. Their only purpose with their big paycheques is to put the government in trouble with civil liability claims and bring down the country.?
• 11.?There is no standard formal interview process for judges.?There is a need for a rigid standard interview process for the recruitment of Judges in a country where criminality is so high.?There is a very important need for the interview process to include psychometric testing of integrity, objectivity, intelligence level, and family background history.
• 12.?There is a need to dismiss the current Judicial Services Commission and reconstitute a better commission with independent objective minds that cannot be corrupted by the Chairman, Chief Justice.
• 13.?I also have copies of complaints to the Judicial Services Commission about Bryan Sykes and Patrick Brooks themselves which have been dumped and not responded to, to date.
• In all, you can clearly see that Jamaica has one of the worst Court Systems in the world, under the leadership of Bryan Sykes and Patrick Brooks.?They are promoting discrimination, more crimes, and criminality in the country.?
• The three (3) of you gentlemen have the power and the authority to remove them from office urgently and to use the standard recruitment process to select persons who have the necessary management skills and other qualities to bring our court system to some sanity, as to the real objective of a court system.?The court system in any country is the most important institution of a country.?Bryan Sykes is only wasting taxpayers' money on things that are unnecessary while ignoring the real problems to be fixed.?For example, his insistence on using videoconferencing is totally unnecessary and discriminatory to the poor self-represented litigants for which the government will now face a civil suit for.?

Despite a reminder sent to the Corrupt Governor General Patrick Allen, he has not displayed even the courtesy of a reply to the request. It is obvious that his only position is to enjoy hypocritically and corrupt public officials company and to promote more crimes in Jamaica. He has no regard for the rights of the poor people of Jamaica.
