Jamaica's Chief Justice change the Court System into a Criminal Organization, Judge Tania Mott Tulloch Reid selling case to lawyer Courtney Williams

Chief Justice of Jamaica, Bryan Sykes promotes the selling out of court cases in the Supreme Court of Jamaica by Judges to their lawyer colleagues. Bryan Sykes is formally, and fully aware of the corrupt criminal network of judges in the system, and he supports the corruption taking place with no action taken against the criminal gang of judges in the court system. Hence, denying innocent victims of their rights corruptly and unlawfully in the courts. Bryan Sykes is also on a very clear path of victimizing me for speaking out against the corrupt judges in the court system.

In my court case as a self-represented Claimant in the Supreme Court on November 8, 2022, for Assessment of damage against the defendants; Housing Agency of Jamaica Limited (HAJL) and the highly corrupt former Managing Director of HAJL Dr. Patrick Thelwell, judge Tania Mott Tulloch Reid carried out major corruption when she took the case out of the standard procedures of law and deal with it in her personal corrupt way in favor of HAJL lawyer, Courtney Williams. Despite my objection to her corrupt handling of my case.

Corrupt Judge Tania Mott Tulloch Reid made out an order to invite an outsider from another case to come to participate in my case on the next court date of January 26, 2023, in a clear attempt to compromise the case and prejudice against me, in favor of her Lawyer colleague, Courtney Williams. Such an order by Judge Tania Mott Tulloch Reid is criminally corrupt and unlawful. She had no authority as a judge to bring in an outsider into the case who is not a party to the case. The outsider happens to be a defendant in another separate court case of mine in the parish court who is on trial for another unlawful offense.

The complaint against the highly corrupt judge Tania Mott Tulloch Reid was sent to Cheif Justice Bryan Sykes on November 9, 2022, and copied to; the media in Jamaica, the Prime Minister, the Leader of the Opposition, the Governor General, the Minister of Justice, all Registrars in the Supreme Court. The request was made in no uncertain way for this dirty corrupt judge Tania Mott Tulloch Reid to be removed from my court case, in addition to disciplinary action against her. The dirty criminal corrupt Chief Justice, Bryan Sykes did nothing about the complaint.

On the following court date of January 26, 2023, the same highly corrupt judge was sent back in the case to carry out more corruption. On the previous court date of November 8, 2022, HAJL Lawyer Courtney Williams advised the court that he filed an application to set aside the default judgment in the case. The senseless Lawyer Courtney Williams knowingly that a court date was set for November 8, 2022, and refused to ask the registry for his application to be heard on that date. Hence the court date of January 26, 2023, for his application to be heard in addition to the unlawful outsider's appearance. On November 8, 2022, the corrupt Tania Mott Tulloch Reid made out order for the Defendant's lawyer Courtney Williams to serve his application and affidavit on me the Claimant on or before November 15, 2022.

Up to November 15, 2022, no application and affidavit were served on me. On November 25, 2022, I filed an affidavit to the court advising that nothing was served on me by the defendant's lawyer Courtney Williams and that they are in clear breach of the court order. Out of courtesy, I served a copy of my affidavit on the defendant 3 days before the January 26, 2023, court date. According to Judge Tania Mott Tulloch Reid, an affidavit of service was filed by the defendant's lawyer one day before this court date. I asked the judge to show me the Affidavit of Service filed by Courtney Williams but it was not shown to me, and neither did Courtney Williams serve a copy on me.

Clearly, Lawyer Courtney Williams having seen my affidavit hurriedly made up a fraudulent Affidavit of Service to the court after. Not a problem in hiding it from me, I will get a copy from the court registry and it will be the subject of a criminal investigation against Lawyer Courtney Williams and HAJL. To date, I have not seen the application and affidavit to set aside the default judgment. So why an affidavit of service? It should be an affidavit of non-service and breach of court order!!

Notwithstanding highly corrupt Judge Tania Mott Tulloch Reid continued her corruption for highly unprofessional lawyer Courtney Williams. The Judge corruptly change the court order to set another date of July 5, 2023, for the hearing of the imaginary application from Courtney Williams, in breach of the previous court order. Highly Corrupt Judge Tania Mott Tulloch Reid has no such authority to change a breach of a court order to give corrupt favor to Lawyer Courtney Williams!!!! Only the Court of Appeal can change a breached court order for the Application to be heard.

This type of Mega Corruption has been going on in the Supreme Court of Jamaica for a long time now and the highly corrupt Chief Justice, Bryan Sykes knows about it very well and does nothing about it. I personally documented it to him on more than one occasion before. For example, in another of my case, highly corrupt Judge Annemarie Nembhard made out a court order to change and override Judge Vaughn Smith's order for a highly corrupt Attorney General's Lawyer, Louis Jean Hacker who is four (4) months in breach of the court order for his own application to be heard. That is not Judicial discretion, it is blatant judicial criminal corruption.

Without a shadow of a doubt a breach of; a court order, breach of court procedure, or breach of a rule of law cannot be changed by a Supreme Court Judge or any other judge below the court of appeal. Only the Court of Appeal or the UK Privy Council can change such breaches. There is a highly corrupt gang of judges in the Supreme Court of Jamaica who is carrying out the role of the Court of Appeal criminally unlawfully, to give corrupt favors to their corrupt lawyer colleagues. Chief Justice Bryan Sykes is well aware of the judges and he promotes the criminality of the judges by refusing to take action against them.

Chief Justice, Bryan Sykes is most disgraceful and illiterate. He tells you to take everything to the court of appeal. He does not address unprofessional conduct and corrupt activities of judges. He does not even know the roles and functions of the Court of Appeal. For him, the court of appeal is now a "Chiney Shop" that you should go to for everything. Chief Justice Bryan Sykes has undoubtedly transformed the Jamaican Court system into a Criminal Organisation and incriminates himself along with judges like; Annemarie Nembhard, Tania Mott Tulloch Reid, and others as some of the biggest criminals in Jamaica.

It is of interest to note that Defendant HAJL did not file an Acknowledgement of Service in the claim. They filed a wrong Acknowledgement of Service in the Commercial Registry. It was not corrected. No defense was filed by them. The other distinguished corrupt defendant, Dr. Partick Thelwell, Managing Director of HAJL at the time refused to be served with the court documents after several attempts to serve him while he was present in his office. He hide in his office from me and refused to face me to be served.

It is also interesting to note that the HAJL is under the ministerial responsibility of Prime Minister Andrew Holness, in which the government taxpayers' money is being used to pay lawyers to carry out corruption and more breaches of my rights in the court, instead of settling the claim respectfully. I will no doubt be suing the government for all the breaches of my rights taking place.

Clearly, Prime Minister Andrew Holness and Chief Justice Bryan Sykes are on the only good road in Jamaica, without potholes, to destroy Jamaica. Ahh, poor Jamaica we have never seen this destruction before!!
