Jamaican Chief Justice hide court recording from Police of Corrupt Judge Carole Barnaby, falsify info to sell out case to AG and Senior Politicians.

Jamaica's Chief Justice, Bryan Sykes refused to turn over court recording to the Police to investigate the corrupt criminality of Judge Carole Barnaby who falsify information in my civil action court claim against two senior politicians in Jamaica, who were represented by the Attorney General of Jamaica.

On May 22, 2024, judge Carole Barnaby handed down judgment into the case completely reversing the true hearing of the the case on the hearing date of May 1, 2024. in a highly criminal corrupt way. It is a deliberate action to sell out the case to the Attorney General and the Politicians That is major criminal corruption of Judge Carole Barnaby.

The Attorney General having filed an application in defence to strike out the claim failed to serve their application for the hearing date given by the Registrar. It was not served on me the Claimant so I was not aware of the court date to be in court. The highly corrupt judge Carole Barnaby on that date having heard the Attorney General confessed that they did not serve the application on me, which is a clear breach of Civil Procedure Rule (CPR) 11.11 (1) (a) and (b), Carole Barnaby corruptly forgo their breach and gave a new hearing date and for the serving of the Application, clearly ignoring my rights as the Claimant in the case.

Carole Barnaby corruption came back to haunt her when on the second date May 1, 2024, that she corruptly set for hearing. The Attorney General Lawyer Romario Miller lied to the court that the Application and Affidavit was served. I was present in court on that date because I had heard about the first date from a court staff after the date and got a copy of the Minutes of the Corrupt Orders by Carole Barnaby which tells me of that next court date. I told the corrupt judge Carole Barnaby that the documents were not served and she refused to believe me. Carole Barnaby having realized that the Attorney General Lawyer lied that the documents were served after , when they were in fact not served when attempted to present their Application, as I told her before, she immediately stopped the Attorney General Lawyer and refused /struck out their Application.

Carole Barnaby then asked me the Claimant to proceed with my Request for Default Judgment and Notice of Application for Court Orders. I proceeded and presented them without any problem. Judge Carole Barnaby then said that she will hand down her judgment on May 22, 2024.

On May 22, 2024, the corrupt criminal Judge Carole Barnaby did totally opposite to what went on the hearing date of May 1, 2024. The criminal Carole Barnaby handed down judgment refused / struck out my lawful Request for Default Judgment and Application for Court Orders instead of the Attorney General Application. She also willfully lied, when she did not make out any order stating that the Attorney General Application was refused. She instead made out an order falsely stating that my Application for Default Judgment was refused. THAT IS A DELIBERATE CRIMINAL FALSE/ LIE!!!! The dirty criminal Judge Carole Barnaby used the Attorney General's Application that was NEVER SERVED AND NEVER HEARD, to strike out my Default Application and ruled against me, instead of ruling against the Attorney General. THE CRIMINAL CAROLE BARNABY DELIBERATELY CARRIED OUT FRAUDULENT FALSIFICATION OF EVIDENCE/ INFORMATION TO SELL OUT THE CASE TO THE ATTORNEY GENERAL AND TWO SENIOR POLITICIANS IN JAMAICA.

The complaint report was made to the Chief Justice, Bryan Sykes shortly after and requested to call in the Special Police, MOCA to investigate the matter. He was also requested to turn over the court audio recording of the case hearing to the Police. THE HIGH PROFILE CRIMINAL CHIEF JUSTICE, BRYAN SYKES REFUSED TO DO ANYTHING ABOUT THE MATTER. TO DATE HE HAS NOT CALLED IN THE POLICE TO INVESTIGATE THE MATTER. Without a defense from the defendant's representative Attorney General the Criminal Carole Barnaby had no lawful power to enquire into my case and rule against me the, Claimant. The only lawful power the Criminal Judge, Carole Barnaby has is to ensure that my documents before the court were filed in-keeping with the court rules. There was certainly no breach of any court rules. JUDGE CAROLE BARNABY IS A DIRTY CRIMINAL!!!

CHIEF JUSTICE, BRYAN SYKES AND JUDGE CAROLE BARNABY ARE TWO OF THE BIGGEST CRIMINALS IN JAMAICA NOW!! This is the corrupt criminality and discrimination the government leaders; Prime Minister Andrew Holness, Governor General Patrick Allen and Justice Minister Delroy Chuck promote in the Jamaica.
