Jalynn Burruss: “I Engineer Service”

Penn State engineering undergraduate Jalynn Burruss is not only pursuing a bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering (#PennStateIME), she is creating networks within STEM to help achieve the National Society of Black Engineers ’ goal of graduating ten thousand black engineers per year by 2025.

"I'm here for a purpose ... to give back to people and help amplify their voices."

“#IEngineer” highlights excellence across the Penn State College of Engineering , as well as how the college is made stronger by the diversity of perspectives, experiences and backgrounds of those in the engineering community.
