A staggering five crore individuals from across the state united in a "maanav shrinkhla" (human chain), intricately resembling the map of Bihar. The purpose of this event was to draw attention to environmental conservation and address societal issues such as child marriage, dowry, and alcohol consumption within the state.

The Jal Jivan Hariyali mission by the Bihar Government concentrates on preserving traditional water resources, fostering afforestation, and combating climate change, among other goals.

Mr. Rahul Sinha, Chairman of Shining Souls Trust, in collaboration with government officials, actively participated in an 18,034 km human chain. This initiative aimed to raise awareness about climate change and societal challenges like dowry and child marriage. The event transpired in Panchdeori Block, Distt. Gopalganj Bihar, from 11:30 am to noon.

Mr Sinha expressed that this ambitious program strives for climate sustenance, water conservation and rejuvenation, pollution-free water bodies, maintaining groundwater levels, ensuring water availability, climate-resilient agriculture, energy conservation, and fostering climate awareness among the masses.
