JACKSON STOPS ANNUAL CONFERENCE 2022

The Jackson Stops Annual Conference gathered together partners, employees and authorised industry suppliers to examine ways to accelerate the property industry forward.

As a leading residential property specialist Jackson-Stops’ services include specialist expertise and advice on sales, acquisitions, country houses, farms and estates, equestrian properties, historic homes, land and new homes, lettings, valuations, development consultancy, professional services and mortgages.

The conference was an opportunity to look at the wider goals and initiatives of the business and find ways of adapting to new market realities.

In what has been an unpredictable and fast-paced period for the industry Jackson Stops has continued to go from strength-to-strength, getting phenomenal results for its clients year on year.

David was thrilled to emcee and deliver the keynote speech and what was a truly immersive and inspiring event where delegates reflected on their successes but also challenged themselves and their teams to think about the future and their role in it.

David used his keynote to explore the role of decision-making in driving businesses forward and looked at how an individual’s mindset and reducing self-limiting beliefs can truly make a huge difference to our businesses.

He also guided and led conversations around shifts and trends in the sector that might affect the industry moving forward and in doing so he equipped the audience with a toolkit that will help them navigate the shifts and changes that are coming in the sector over the course of the following months and years.

Held in Reading, the conference was high energy, upbeat and interactive and ended with a future-focused exercise aimed at thinking about goals or targets and what they want to achieve in the future and setting strong, powerful and meaningful commitments that as individuals and teams that they will deliver on.
