Jack.org is Canada's only charity training and empowering young leaders to revolutionize mental health in every province and territory.?Supporting?this charity is all the more important to me being the father of two teenage daughters who have?weathered this pandemic and seeing the toll it has taken on so many young people.?

Through?Jack Talks,?Jack Chapters?and?Jack Summits, young leaders identify and dismantle barriers to positive mental health in their communities. And through ambitious innovations in youth mental health like?Be There, we give people the mental health resources they need to educate themselves in order to build a country that is better prepared to support its young people.?

This is my fourth year doing the Jack Ride this year to raise funds in support of Jack.org. Given so many good causes chasing peoples' support, I have chipped in 50% of my target to raise $1,000.?Please consider supporting me hitting my overall goal.
