Personally, 2022 was a hard year, yet transformational. I want to encourage everyone to continue to move forward and no matter what don't give up on yourself, your hopes or your dreams. Instead embrace the concept of Soaring as a mindset for 2023. You are enough, you have all that you need within you, and we all deserve the success we work so hard to achieve. My heart and spirit are still very heavy from the "Smiling Masters of Disguise" we have lost this year.

My path crossed with Stephen "tWitch" Boss. I had a chance to tell him what a phenomenal talent I thought he was, and his smile was incredibly engaging. I was in a Dress for Success workshop with Cheslie Kryst (Miss USA 2019). She was personable, fun and her smile was equally engaging. My condolences to all of the families who have lost loved ones to this tragic silent emotional/"mental" issue. The losses are shining a light on the importance and significance of continuing conversation around this subject matter in 2023 and beyond; and more importantly for us to raise our own personal level of self-awareness by becoming more of an intuitive and sensitive observer of the feelings and emotions of others, especially when those emotions are lying unspoken, hidden and dormant and are disguised as pain or suffering behind a smile.

Life is always going to be challenging and to have a mindset of soaring means to rise above the insignificant and claim the great rewards from the battles you have fought, the storms you have gone through and the lessons you have learned each year. If you feel you need help, please ask for it.

A goal of mastering the craft of life-long learning will elevate your life to new heights. If you have no idea exactly what you want your New Year to look like, or what you are going to do with your career next year, not only is that okay, but it can also be a good thing to start a new year with a clean, fresh, blank slate. Continue to be grateful for everything you have in this moment and live an intentional life. Gratitude turns chaos into order and confusion into clarity, it can help you create a vision for your future.

It is this time of the year that most of us/some of us go into deep reflection and a reset before we transition into a new year. In 2022 I am grateful for the remarkable connections and incredible people I have met online through this community. I am constantly inspired by your posts and boundless creativity, curiosity, tenacity and dedication to your aspirations and dreams. I am grateful this for year and mindful that the core value of genuine connections and true authentic relationships will always be the inspiration we need to achieve our goals now and in the future beyond our wildest dreams.

Wishing you all the best of the holidays and my prayer for everyone is that you get even closer to your goals and dreams in 2023 than you could ever imagine, with all needs met. Let's GO!!! ??
