J4RVIS to address businesses' hyper-automation needs with new RPA practice
We are excited to announce that we are entering the market of hyper-automation. Over the last 12 months, our team has seen increasingly the rising demands for automation across almost all business units for many customers. Such increasing demands are yet to be achieved with smaller budgets and teams to work with and hence businesses are forced to find new ways to achieve more with less.
Given MuleSoft's release of RPA in August 2022, MuleSoft is adding much-needed capability to its platform to provide an end-to-end business automation suite.
Our new RPA practice bridges the gap between our Salesforce and MuleSoft teams which already provide capabilities for business process automation and system integration through the respective platforms. RPA will allow us to automate processes at scale that currently require repetitive human touches or do not support via API integrations.

With the new automation suite MuleSoft is offering three key features:
Salesforce Flow has already become the key automation feature within the Salesforce platform and is extending further to deepen the integration capabilities with other systems through external declarative configuration. Soon it will also support the invocation of RPA bots to automate human tasks.

MuleSoft Composer provides a declarative interface that allows business processes automation to work in line with specific use case integration to downstream systems. Think of creating an Invoice in Netsuite once an Opportunity is marked as Closed-Won.
Robotic Process Automation (RPA) gives you the ability to start automation manual tasks and combine those with deep integration features and OCR capabilities. Examples of this are processing and transcribing invoices from unstructured to structured data and then sending them to an ERP system.
Anypoint is and has been the integration platform that provides capabilities to integrate systems at scale, expose, manage and govern APIs, orchestrate and build reusable building blocks.
