Happy Medium

As of today, I've worked with Doug Choi for 11 years at Happy Medium. We've seen nearly every major life transition in each other's lives. Even more so, we've grown so much of who we are as team members and humans. He's among the top 5 people in my life I'd ask for advice on many things. His brilliance has made me better daily since I met him. It's only fitting that this week, together with Stephanie Holmes, PMP, CSM we traveled to kick?off a new State of Texas Department contract we won. (??) I am thankful daily for the clients who cheered us on and helped us get to where we are today, and for making this journey with Doug. So much gratitude and cheers to you, Doug! May we always continue getting better together. Happy work anniversary!

Happy 1st birthday to our VP of Creative Doug Choi's daughter! At Happy Medium, we celebrate 1st (and all) birthdays, but we also celebrate supporting our team members' families and personal lives. Last year Doug benefited from our 12-week fully paid parental leave policy for moms, dads, and adoptive parents. Supporting companies who support their team members is important for continued forward movement in this space for all new parents who very much need support. ??

With illustrations, border designs, typography, and colors, we helped build a cohesive site that feels fully inspired by one of the giants of children’s literature.
