Our International Women's Day FIKA takeover ??
In honour of International Women's Day, our Silver Clouders came together last week for an open dialogue on women in the workplace, striving to #InspireInclusion. Led by our female team members, but equally participated by our men, we delved into navigating challenges, celebrating progress and envisioning a more inclusive future.

Despite strides forward, sexism and harassment persist in workplaces worldwide. We shared experiences of subtle biases and unacceptable behaviour, emphasising the need for continued advocacy.
A key insight: true equality means supporting men too. Addressing issues like unequal parental leave and inflexible schedules is essential for advancing gender equality.
Maternity leave support remains crucial, with calls for re-onboarding processes and cultural shifts to mitigate career setbacks. We're committed to fostering an environment where all employees, regardless of gender, feel valued and supported.
Your personal attitude matters. By challenging stereotypes and supporting one another, we can drive meaningful change in the workplace and beyond.
Looking ahead, we envision a future where gender stereotypes dissolve, and inclusivity thrives. Silver Cloud is proud to be a supportive and inclusive workplace, where conversations like these are not just encouraged but celebrated.
