This year International Women’s Day events are being held across the globe to celebrate and to inspire inclusion for women. When we inspire others to understand and value women's inclusion, we forge a better world. And when women themselves are inspired to be included, there's a sense of belonging and relevance.

We are excited to bring you another IWD evening with our special guest,??Briana Pegado.?Briana is the author of her new book,?Make Good Trouble: A Guide to the Energetics of Disruption.?This book explores disruption and what disruptive energy does to our homes, communities, relationships, workplaces, and wider world. It is an ode to disruptors, whistleblowers, and justice seekers who believe in a world that can be a more equitable, sustainable place... and for the troublemakers that are not afraid to shake things up in the process.?In fact, they know it is necessary. Watkins Publishing approached Briana in March 2021, after she contributed a?chapter to an?anthology on witchcraft entitled?The Modern Craft: Powerful Voices on Witchcrafts Ethics, which went?to print in July 2022. Briana's chapter was titled 'You Cannot Heal Others Until You Heal Your Own "Stuff": A Reflection on Hindu Archetypes and Self-Healing Through ThetaHealing?', edited by the wonderful?Claire Askew?and?Alice Tarbuck.?You can?order this?here?or in any independent bookstore.

IWD Terrazzo Mini Tray Workshop

International Women's Day is all about?Community, Collaboration, Connection.

We know that coming together to make something and talk is a great way to celebrate women. We have partnered with the amazing Polymorphics and Tribe Porty, so why not get your crew together and unleash your creativity!

In this workshop you will learn what's terrazzo, how to work with Eco-resin, how to mix pigments, make terrazzo pattern and turn into a mini tray. It's a great introduction to this trendy resin art, whether you are a craft newbie or an experienced maker. Eco-resin is?fun and safe to work with.

Suggested donation for this event is ￡28, anyone is welcome. Proceeds will be donated to WPHF, organisation supporting women in Palestine.

Wise Women Workshop

Dani Trudeau and Jo Lee extend their appreciation to all the attendees of our Wise Women workshop focused on strategic planning for one's professional journey and beyond. We had the opportunity to share deeply and reflect upon our individual working life trajectories. The discussions were centered around the profound impact that personal life experiences have had in shaping our perspectives and priorities. Once again, thank you for your valuable participation!
