Ivey MSc Graduation: Celebrating the People Who Supported My Journey

I'm incredibly grateful to have celebrated the Ivey MSc graduation with my family and friends. They have supported me tremendously throughout my entire learning journey, and it was a great pleasure to be with them in person for this event. From driving me to after-school practices to helping me with my projects, they cultivated my passion for learning, which led me on a path to Ivey.

Beyond the classroom, the MSc program provided an incredible environment to support my learning and development. From the beautiful facilities to all of the support systems, I felt I could craft a unique learning experience that catered to my passions and ambitions. I want to give a huge thanks to everyone who contributed to my growth throughout my 16-month program and beyond.

To Lidia and the custodial team, who always left the buidling looking pristine and were always there to greet me with a smile when I showed up in the morning. This had a major impact on me looking forward to coming to the building to study.

To Marshall and the cafeteria team, who kept everyone excited for their daily specials and always remembered my favorite orders, swaying me to order lunch a little more often than I intended.

To Steven and the IT team for ensuring the classroom technology always worked and for teaching me to use the recording equipment for projects.

To all the professors who showed up to every class with a passion and energy for teaching that inspired us to contribute to class discussion and enhance our collective learning.

To Tanis and the librarian team, who helped show me how to navigate the book shelves and kept the library open a few minutes past close when I was finishing the last few sentences of my p.

To all the career coaches who helped me find the connection between my interests and vocation, and craft my resume and interview questions so that I put my best foot forward.

To all my classmates with whom I developed deep relationships, from 72-hour case projects, to our school trips. We developed connections that will last long past our time at Ivey.

To the countless alumni who continue to invest in the Ivey community long after they leave the school, throughout its 100+ year history. I hope to follow in your footsteps.

I'm grateful to have had the experience of learning and growing (and continuing to grow) from the Ivey MSc program. Celebrating this achievement with my family was an incredible experience, and I look forward to continuing to represent and contribute to this program.
