I've taken over 20 supplements here's my top 3

Top 3 Supplements I Use for Better Energy, Mood, and Performance.

But first, let’s talk about why I started taking these supplements in the first place.

Why I Started Taking Supplements

I was struggling with:

  • Chronic headaches
  • Sleeping 10 hours a night but still waking up tired
  • Low energy and no motivation

My body felt sore constantly, like every muscle was aching from even the simplest tasks.

this was happening for months i was convinced my testosterone levels had dropped.

But the one thing i want you to note is that everyone is different with vitamans , my body is poor at processing b12 and d3 so i need a supplement , if this wasn't the case i wouldn't need to take anything.

Don't get caught in spending money on supplements without actually knowing if you need them..

there is no point taking the above if you dont need them and thats the main point.
