I’ve done everything right and it’s still not working properly.

Have you ever felt like this? You have good people, good processes, and a viable business. You’ve put in place the proper software. You have the warehouse space and the equipment for production. You’ve put everything you have into making this business work, and yet it still hasn’t reached the level that you know it can reach. You (and your people) are still just MANAGING CHAOS.

What’s missing? What did you forget? Or, perhaps you didn’t forget anything, but something is wrong.

Back to the beginning. What are your challenges in the VUCA (Volatile, Uncertain, Complex and Ambiguous) world of today?

Lead time: You need quicker response time.

Inventory:  You need more of the right stuff and less of the wrong stuff.

Management: You need to be aware of your problems before they become actual emergencies.

People: You need everyone pulling in the same direction, and in the right direction. Oh, and you need people to want to come to work. To enjoy their jobs. To function well as a team and stop being so frustrated.

Simple enough, right?

Demand Driven MRP helps you with Leadtime, Inventory and Management. By holding the stock you need in strategic locations and using a prioritization scheme that creates a warning system, we can fix all three areas.

But the hidden gem in Demand Driven MRP is that people become successful in their jobs and actually want to come to work. They have fun at work, while accomplishing their goals. And, they have a more thoughtful job content that is more satisfying for their career.

Investigate Demand Driven MRP and STOP MANAGING CHAOS!
