Why leave home for submitting documents, obtaining, restoring, suspending or cancelling licences, tracking progress in processing documents, when one could do so from home? The feature, first announced back in 2021, has been made live. Not just the basic documents — entrepreneurs will be able to conveniently submit documents, pay for administrative services or file complaints in a few clicks through the Diia portal. See the full (quite extensive) list of services available on the Ministry of Economy’s site.

The system will automatically check the documents, and, provided everything passes through fine, it will automatically issue a permit or licence in a span of just a few minutes. If there are any inconsistencies, the application will be transferred to a representative of the state body, with the answer to be given in 10 days or less.
