  • Create a pipeline of job opportunities?Use own network?Job adverts?Headhunters?
  • CV and LinkedIn profile are your marketing materials?They need to match?
  • Position and sell yourself during the interview – promote achievements and positive outcome, and express clearly what problems you solve?
  • Follow up with the company and/or headhunter?
  • Ask if there are any failings or objections?
  • Manage your opportunity pipeline?
  • Negotiate at the right time?Too many candidates try to negotiate at the front end of the process before they have positioned their value?
  • Manage closing the opportunity?
  • The better you manage the process, the greater the chance you have of securing a fantastic opportunity?
