Wonder why doing even the most basic task requires white-knuckling willpower most days? It’s because you aren’t an interchangeable cog, and your nervous system is sick of you trying to be one!
Endless meetings and rigid plans and strict calendars and assembly-line thinking will never sustainably motivate you.
In my program, Motivate Your Brain, you learn the details of how motivation really works in a dopamine-driven nervous system, and why the world's industrialist ableist norms are doing you zero favors.
Your ADHD (or otherwise similarly dopamine-driven) brain needs a whole different model of productivity, and that's exactly what you get when you join.
