“It's what I learn from the great actors that I work with. Stillness. That's all and that's the hardest thing.” Morgan Freeman

These times of uncertainty undoubtedly cause anxiety, stress and fear and many of those emotions can negatively impact our thoughts and our way of being. Our challenge is to find stillness, peace and tranquility even in the midst of the uncertainty. Often the most beautiful miracles in life happen just on the other side of turmoil. Be patient, be still.
Today I’m focused on the word or the phrase “still” or “to be still.”

I recently was trained to use a tapping technique that has been used by top athletes to help them reach their peak performance. The proof of the effectiveness is in the results with my trainer’s students reaching top honors and wins in their respective sports. It is also used by top performers before hitting the stage. It actually has a pre-event and post-event value in helping not only prepare to be in a perfect steady state to bring out our best performance, but also to help recover from the stress on the mind, body and spirit from the experiences of giving it our all.
I wish for you a moment a stillness today. Mine comes with a cup of coffee.
