It's Uncomfortable

School unions are always a memorable moment. It’s always good to see how each of us are progressing in  life. In a recent( virtual) reunion an old friend asked me the question,” Ninad you are the only one in the class who decided to choose sales as a career. How does it feel to wake up every morning and running for targets?”

I said ,”Its, uncomfortable. “

He was puzzled with my answer and questioned why?

I said, “One thing which I have learnt is that we have to wake every day and do something that is extremely hard in the market. If we do the easy stuff we will not create any value

It’s an uncomfortable situation ,when you are dealing with new and difficult things. But that is why clients come to us because we have got so good at solving the problem and creating value . We thrive in the uncomfortable “

Its incredible but our life is like a start-up. Applying same logic to personal growth yields exactly the same result. Always challenge yourself to do difficult things . To grow personally  you must thrive in the discomfort of doing difficult things
